This unique program utilizes one closed-loop environment to grow fish, beneficial bacteria and plants. This provides over 100 pounds (300 gallon bags) per month of fresh organic leafy salad greens that is given to our shopping clients. These salad greens would otherwise cost our clients over $8 per bag.
